Carrie the Caregiver
Looking after babies is a very hard job that is demanding as well as stressful, so looking after up to 8 babies at once would be quite a challenge and one that you can step up to when you play Carrie the Caregiver. This young health care worker is employed by Caregivers International who sends her to take care of babies in maternity units worldwide.
This time management game is great fun to play as Carrie moves the babies onto vacant tables, takes milk from the fridge, warms it up, takes it to the babies, clears away when baby is done, changes baby's nappy and then clears away the soiled item from the table. Watch for the hearts accompanying the babies as these indicate how happy the babies are. Taking too long to attend to baby will lose you hearts and baby could end up in the intensive care unit.
Carrie can keep her energy and hygiene levels up by eating and washing her hands while keeping up with all the baby tasks successfully will see her move along through the continents. The game has other elements such as toys to distract the babies to buy extra time while special need babies, hungry babies, fussy babies and loud babies will all need extra attention making the game more challenging. Carrie the Caregiver is an excellent game especially if babies with all their cute ways are your thing.
Day Care Nightmare
What do you think it would be like to look after real live monster babies? Now you can find out when you play Day care Nightmare as all your charges are real monsters including vampires or fire breathing dragons! Our main character is Molly who is there to look after the babies and attend to their needs. She must be quick as allsorts of consequences take place if not, such as the ghost baby that screams and frightens the other babies into wetting themselves if not attended to fast enough.
Molly moves from house to house caring for the babies while each house has the usual equipment like highchairs, play mats and cots but they are placed in varying locations within the houses which make the game interesting. There are different modes too like the endless day mode where Molly must keep the babies happy as long as possible or until the happiness meter runs out, while if the happiness meter does run out its the end of the game and unfortunately the end of Molly so keep your eye on it.
Day Care Nightmare is a fast paced challenging game that gets harder as you progress and sees you juggling babies plus tasks so will test your time management skills to the limit but it is a fun game with great graphics that is very enjoyable to play.
Carrie the Caregiver 2
This game is the sequel to Carrie the Caregiver but unlike some follow on games we find Carrie working in a classroom with toddlers rather than in a nursery with babies. It's a great game that will give you hours of fun with its 75 levels that have different activities such as name writing, painting and baking biscuits. Each activity has separate elements for example Carrie has to take each toddler to an easel when painting , give them a brush, provide them with paint plus when the picture is done she must clear up and hang the picture on the wall.
